2009 MS 7/8 Grade Boys Basketball

November 10th- International

It was a thrilling season opener!  We started the quarter with a 20-4 run with a full court press and we forced a lot of turnovers. We had 4 players in double figures and a big help from the bench.  All of the 15 players had a turn to play in the game and 9 points came from the bench.  ISD won 63-20

We had a very good opportunity to pull a big easy W but we got tired in the 4th quarter. We were tied at the end of first quarter at 15-15, then tied again at the half 24 a piece.  Then after the 3rd we were down 3 and the score was 33-30.  We  gave 16 at the end and the final score was 48 to 37, but we still have a long way ahead of us!  Six players scored and there was a big help from the twin Craces from the bench.
